“Batumi Oil Terminal’s” record-breaking results

Batumi, November 4, 2013: In October 2013 the turnover of oil products in Batumi Oil Terminal has reached its record-breaking volume for the last 3 years - 612 751 thousand tons. The closest figure was reached in March 2010 which amounted to 620 429 thousand tons. “With the arrival of the new management, since the beginning of 2013, the large-scale actions have been planned and implemented, aimed at increase of the transshipment volumes. And there are all preconditions that this trend will be retained. Batumi Oil Terminal has the essential advantage over the other Black Sea terminals, as it is able to transship up to 22 types of oil products, including crude oil, light and dark oil products, and liquefied petroleum gas”, - stated the General Director of Batumi Industrial Holdings Ltd.
